Because all products are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering the wrong product.
Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

The product has a manufacturing defect

The product is significantly different from what was ordered
To request a refund, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and provide:

Clear photos of the issue
Once the claim is reviewed and approved, we will either:

Issue a full refund to the original payment method, or

Send a replacement at no additional cost
We do not require the return of defective items unless specifically instructed.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after approval.
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
We do not accept returns for sale items or personalized products.
